COACH RESOURCES AND TRAINING
What to Expect: Tracking Your Coach Status
As you may know, The First Tee is transforming how they manage their business and customer interactions with a transition to Salesforce. As part of this conversion, they will be using a new Learning Management System (LMS) know as LITMOS. This will allow you as a Coach to see your current status and progression through The First Tee Coach Program. You will have accurate up to date status at your fingertips!
Be sure to look out for an email within the next coming weeks about creating your new coach account in Litmos. Once you create your account and log in, you will see your next, required course of action located on your dashboard and the date in which it is due. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact your Coach Training representative Megan Pak, East Territory at firstname.lastname@example.org

SUBMITTING YOUR STUDENT DATABASE INFORMATION
We are responsible for tracking and reporting participant data in The First Tee participant database for Home Office.
After every 9 -week class session every Coach needs to submit a completed database form. Please send in your participant names throughout the year.
Through consistent tracking, this assists our Chapter to measure the relevance and impact of programs and monitor trends. If you need the database form, please let me know. We have a new database form to use this year. Please CLICK HERE for the new form.
COACH FEATURE OF THE MONTH
Submitted by: Coach Rick Hengstenberg, PGA from The First Tee of the Treasure Coast
Par Level – Ask-Listen-Respond (A-L-R)
Par students focus on life skill activity 12.3- asking good questions with A-L-R.
I wrote down three closed-ended questions. The students had to ask Assistant Golf Pro Mark an open-ended question by re-wording the closed-ended question I gave them. You can write down numerous questions and have your students pick one out of a hat like we did.
Thank You, Mark, Assistant Pro at Champions Club, for your participation!
