What to Expect: Tracking Your Coach Status

As you may know, The First Tee is transforming how they manage their business and customer interactions with a transition to Salesforce.  As part of this conversion, they will be using a new Learning Management System (LMS) know as LITMOS. This will allow you as a Coach to see your current status and progression through The First Tee Coach Program.  You will have accurate up to date status at your fingertips!

Be sure to look out for an email within the next coming weeks about creating your new coach account in Litmos.  Once you create your account and log in, you will see your next, required course of action located on your dashboard and the date in which it is due. NEW COACH PROGRAM GUIDELINES

To help streamline the process, The First Tee Home Office adjusted coach program guidelines and deadlines as outlined below.


NOTE: Coaches who attended a Level I, II or III Coach Training in 2017 will still adhere to their quarterly post training document deadline date.  This was the date initially communicated to coaches by the Home Office.  If you attended a training in January – March of 2017, your post training document is due March 31, 2018.  If you attended a training in April – June 2017, your post training document is due June 30, 2018.  If you attended a training in August – September of 2017, your post training document is due September 30, 2018.
